Two-Shot Injection Molding
Two-shot injection molding, also known as , dual-shot, double-shot, 2K or multi-shot molding, combines two different plastic materials or colors into a single part in one production cycle.
- Ensures high precision and repeatability
- Offers a vast selection of resins
- Suits for complex part geometries

Overmolding
"Overmolding" is a kind of secondary injection molding, where products typically combine a (hard plastic) main body with a (soft plastic) outer cover.
- Improves strength and lifespan
- Combines different materials seamlessly
- Offers color and texture options

Insert molding
Insert molding is a process where an insert (threads or electrodes) is securely placed in the injection mold before plastic is injected.
- Reduces assembly steps
- Enhances component durability
- Lowers production expenses
